Dinner and a show!!!

Stopped by the ever nice Michael's Club and had a quick chat with Cranston (the bartender, he's from Jamaica!)  before heading to Luminae for dinner.  Opens at 6, we were there at 6 and sat down to a lovely dinner.  Nice window seat, and since we had a time change (1 hour forward!) last night, sunset wasn't until right around 6, so it was nice to watch the sunset over the waves while waiting to eat.

One of my favorite dinners, the Roasted Moroccan Chicken breast with Couscous.  OMG it's amazeballs.  I asked them for the recipe, so we'll see if they give it to me (they have in the past, so we'll see if that works out)

For dessert, we had this chocolate ganache with raspberry dessert, which was awesome.  I also took the opportunity to order a glass of the Inniskillin Ice Wine (from Canada) and it was AWESOME.  Was not inexpensive, but worth the upgrade price (plus, free on board credit, so it didn't really cost me anything)

Then it was time for a nice night walk around the ship- it's funny, this is the first time we've been on this ship but because we've been on all the others in her class, the layouts are almost identical, so I haven't felt a real need to run around and explore!!!  So we did tonight, since it was beautiful  Here's the pool area, all lit up

I'm sure you are all wondering....so what is this show she is speaking of?  Well, being the crazy Dave Matthews Band fans we are, we've been trying to watch the "fall tour" on the "DMB Couch Tour" which is a FB group where people link their periscope or FB live streams - last night was in Philadelphia - and since we had free internet, we thought we'd try to stream it in Michael's Club, since it had a better wifi signal than our cabin.  And I'll be damned, it worked!!!!

So we watched until the end of the show (at very low volume) which was around midnight and then headed for bed!  Tomorrow St Thomas!!!!
